REGISTRATION FORM: APAC's 2022 Annual Meeting for Members

APAC is a park resident-led organization. On October 15, we will hold our Annual Meeting for members and you can attend, either in-person or online, to get useful information and to help make important decisions for the organization, including picking our 2023 Legislative Agenda. The meeting will be held both in-person at Park Plaza Cooperative (Fridley, MN) as well as hosted on Zoom, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Learn about:

  • Your Legal Rights & How to Enforce Them
  • How to Apply for Rental Assistance or Home Rehab Funds
  • How to Buy Your Park

Vote on possible 2023 Legislative Issues such as:

  • Rent Increase Justification Requirements
  • Resident Park Purchase Rights
  • Reform of Park-Provided Utilities
  • Program for Resolution of Park Disputes
The meeting will be held both in-person at Park Plaza Cooperative (Fridley, MN) as well as hosted on Zoom, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
