All Parks Alliance for Change (APAC) is the only group in the state dedicated to fighting for the legal rights, the homes, and the communities of manufactured (mobile) home park residents. Thanks to the hard, difficult work of many residents and staff – especially the enormous personal risks taken by resident leaders – a great deal has happened to protect the rights and dignity of Minnesota’s park residents

APAC is now approaching its 30th birthday. As the only state organization dedicated to fighting for park residents, the need for APAC is as great as it has ever been.
