All Parks Alliance for Change is a nonprofit, member-based organization of manufactured
home park residents. APAC is the only organization of its kind in Minnesota. We need your support to continue to do work on your behalf.

We hope you will consider joining APAC by becoming a member. Since 1980, we have been successful in passing state laws and city ordinances that protect the rights of park residents. Joining APAC is simple and inexpensive. The cost for membership is $20 per household per year ($10 minimum), and in cases of financial hardship we have a volunteer membership program available. Members receive our quarterly newsletter and the APAC handbook, but most importantly, they support the work we do.
