The Rush Line Corridor is a transitway corridor extending 80 miles from Hinckley to Union Depot in downtown St. Paul. The Pre-Project Development (PPD) Study builds upon previous work and is focused on analyzing bus and rail alternatives between Forest Lake and Union Depot. The study will identify one mode and one alignment for adoption as the corridor's Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA). The PPD Study is a joint local and regional planning effort conducted by the Rush Line Corridor Task Force and led by the Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority.
