An agenda will be sent out in advance of the meeting.
If you plan to attend or send a representative to the February 4 advisory panel meeting, please send an RSVP to Joy Miciano by end of the day on Wednesday, January, 28.

FYI: Internal discussions have taken place since our last meeting in September regarding using “engage” to describe the public input process for the Rush Line PPD Study. Therefore, the name of this committee has been altered slightly to Public Engagement Advisory Panel (PEAP).

Just a reminder that there are Rush Line open houses this week—hope to see you at one of them! If you can’t make it to an open house, the materials area available for viewing on the website: www.rushline.org.

The purpose of the Rush Line Public Engagement Advisory Panel is to advise on appropriate public engagement and outreach strategies, materials, and messages for the Rush Line PPD Study, especially on how to best engage with members of your community, your organization’s constituents and/or your employees. The advisory panel includes an array of agencies, cities, business associations and neighborhood organizations.
