All Parks Alliance for Change (APAC) is the organization representing the 180,000 manufactured home park residents in Minnesota. APAC is the only organization of its kind in Minnesota. Since 1980, we have helped residents improve their parks, pass city ordinances, and pass state laws. Becoming a member not only helps us promote and protect the rights of people living in manufactured home communities, but also gives you more of a voice in what APAC does and the direction the organization takes in the future.
